FAQ
How do I report scores?
G4G brackets use drag and drop technology - simply click on your name in the bracket, drag it forward in the bracket and drop when the bracket turns light green. For team tournaments, only the team leader may advance the team in the bracket.
I can't find my opponent (bracket):
Please try get in contact with your opponent by the time the tournament is supposed to start. If there is no response from them by 10 minutes after the start time, your opponent is disqualified and you may claim victory.
Who is hosting / We are missing somebody (FFA):
The host, by default, is the player listed on the top left. This player may demand to be the host, but may also agree to have someone else host the game. Please get in touch with your opponents and do not start the game until all of the entered players are accounted for. Latecomers have until 10 minutes after the scheduled start time to respond. If there is no response by 10 minutes after the start time, that player is disqualified and does not get to play. In the event of the default host being disqualified, the next player to the right on the player list becomes the default host.
Some part of the rules is unclear to me or should be changed:
In the event of a rules dispute, please come to an agreement with your opponent. If an agreement on the rules can not be made, request live support and a moderator will come to the chat. If you would like to leave feedback about the rules or have any suggestions, email support@galaxy4gamers.com or make a discussion topic on our forums.
My opponent has an unreasonably poor connection:
If there is a significant problem with the rules or connection, continuing to play subsequent games indicates that you are consenting to play under those circumstances. The nature of online play means that some amount of lag is often inevitable and unpredictable, and must be tolerated to an extent. Please make every attempt you can to ensure no other devices are interfering with your connection or taking up bandwidth. Some tournaments are labeled with designated regions. If you enter a regional tournament from clearly outside of that region, you may be disqualified if your opponent claims the connection is too bad.
